• Generate sexually explicit, nude, sexually suggestive, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind, including but not limited to pornographic, adult, or obscene material
• Create content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate others, or misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Exceed usage limits or abuse system resources

Content Guidelines

• No hate speech, discriminatory content, graphic violence, realistic injury, or gore
• No child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving minors, or other child-unsafe content — strictly prohibited
• No sexually explicit, nude, or NSFW content generation is permitted under any circumstances, including paid tiers
• No content intended to deceive or manipulate
• Respect copyright and trademark laws

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create using our Service
• You grant us a license to process and store your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe others' rights

Our Service

• KingVid owns all rights to the platform and AI models
• Our trademarks and branding are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology

Generated Content

• Outputs created through the Service are AI-generated and may not be subject to copyright protection
• You are responsible for verifying the originality of generated content
